REFUND POLICY
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required. We retain the right to impose a 10% restocking fee on any returns in order to maintain our competitive prices. This keeps our amazing prices intact and helps us pay for our shipping.

We will not accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.

RETURNS

As soon as we've received and reviewed your return, we'll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your original payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.

To constantly make sure to maintain our prices as low as possible (phones, watches, iPad etc. ), all devices are eligible for a 14 days return.  Add-ons, packages, or expedited shipment are examples of non-refundable goods/services.

DAMAGES and PROBLEM SOLVING

In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

EXCEPTIONS and WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE
If you do not sign out your password or iCloud, the device will be ineligible for refunds. 

EXCHANGES
Returning the item, you have and making a new purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.
